Meet the BA Mentor

Real Experience. Not Just Theory.

I'm Peter Agoro, and I've spent over 10 years working as a Business Analyst across some of the most demanding sectors in the UK — NHS digital transformation, finance, and tech. But here's what makes me different: I'm not a trainer who used to be a BA. I'm a practicing Lead Business Analyst who also mentors. Every day, I'm in the trenches facilitating workshops, challenging requirements, building business cases, and navigating stakeholder politics.

The frameworks I teach? I use them. The advice I give? It's from current, real-world experience. I also deliver Business Analysis and Architecture training as a Course Instructor at Learning Tree International, where I've helped hundreds of aspiring and advancing BAs build the skills that actually get them hired and promoted. If you're tired of generic BA courses taught by people who haven't done the work in years, you're in the right place.

My Approach

I take the time to understand where you are now, where you want to be, and what's actually holding you back.

Then we build a personalized roadmap — what skills to develop, what certifications to pursue (if any), how to position yourself, and how to build a portfolio that proves you can do the job.

No fluff. No theory without practice. Just real guidance from someone who does this work daily.
